OFFICIAL RULES

These Official Rules are for the February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, and December Sweepstakes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER, WIN OR CLAIM A PRIZE. A PURCHASE or payment WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’s CHANCES OF WINNING.

The Coors Light^® Keeping California Chill 2022 Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Molson Coors Beverage Company USA LLC (“Sponsor”), 250 South Wacker Drive, Chicago, IL USA 60606, and is administered by Prize Logic, LLC (“Administrator”), Two Towne Square, Suite 200, Southfield, MI USA 48076.

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Promotion begins at or about 10:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 1, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on December 31, 2022 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion is comprised of eleven (11) separate sweepstakes (each, a “Sweepstakes”), as set forth in the table below. Each Sweepstakes will have its own Keyword (as defined in Section 3), prize pool, and some Sweepstakes may have more than one (1) Keyword and prize pool.

Note: The May Sweepstakes will have two (2) Random Drawings: one (1) on or about May 16, 2022 for entries received between 12:00 AM PT on May 1, 2022 and 11:59:59 PM PT on May 13, 2022; and one (1) on or about June 1, 2022 for all entries received in the May Sweepstakes as set forth above.

Note: The September Sweepstakes will have two (2) Random Drawings for Keyword SILVER based on the chart below in section 4H, one (1) on our about September 26, 2022, for entries received between 12:00 AM PT on September 1, 2022 and 11:59:59 PM PT on September 25, 2022 and one (1) on or about October 3, 2022 for all entries received in the September Sweepstakes as set forth above.

An entrant must enter a specific Sweepstakes, as further described in Section 3, during the specific Sweepstakes period, which is the Start Date and Time and End Date for each Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes Period”). An entrant’s entries into a Sweepstakes do not carry forward to subsequent Sweepstakes. The Administrator’s computer is the Promotion official clock.

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is offered only to legal United States residents of California who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor, Administrator, LA Clippers LLC (“Clippers”), the National Basketball Association (“NBA”), and solely with respect to the April Sweepstakes Baseball Drawing, Angels Baseball, L.P. (“Angels”) and the MLB Entities (defined below), Raiders Entities (as defined below) and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, dealers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers involved in the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), as well as the members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and in-laws) and persons residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to enter or win. Employees, agents and officers of alcohol beverage retailers and distributors and their immediate family members and all other individuals/entities associated with this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions and interpretations, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROMOTION: Internet access and a valid e-mail address are required to participate. During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant may scan the QR Code found on print materials to visit www.keepingCAchill.com (the "Website") or may proceed to the Website directly and enter his/her ZIP Code and date of birth. If the entrant is on a mobile device, he/she will then be asked to grant permissions to access the entrant’s camera (granting permission is optional and not a requirement to participate in the Promotion). If the entrant agrees to camera permissions, he/she will then be prompted to scan the QR code printed on marketing materials. The entrant may scan a QR Code if available or may select “skip” to proceed. NOTE: AN ENTRANT MAY SELECT “SKIP” AND PROCEED DIRECTLY TO THE PROMOTION INSTEAD OF SCANNING A QR CODE. SCANNING A QR CODE ONLY UNLOCKS AN AR EXPERIENCE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. If the entrant elects to scan a QR Code on his/her mobile device, he/she will engage with an AR experience for entertainment purposes only. The AR experience has no bearing on an entrant’s participation in the Promotion. Once the AR experience is complete, or the entrant has elected to skip, the entrant must then enter his/her valid e-mail address and one (1) of the following valid keywords available for that month’s Sweepstakes (each, a “Keyword”):

Eligible Keywords for subsequent Sweepstakes will be part of the Official Rules posted for those specific Sweepstakes. Note: an entrant will NOT receive a Sweepstakes entry for entries submitted using a previous month’s Keyword. For example, if an entrant attempts to enter using the February Sweepstakes Keyword during the March Sweepstakes Period, such entry will NOT be eligible for the March Sweepstakes.

If it is the entrant’s first time entering the Promotion, the entrant must then complete registration by entering the information requested on the registration form, which may include without limitation: his/her first and last name (initials are not permitted), complete mailing address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), date of birth, telephone number and affirmation he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the Official Rules. Upon completion and submission of the registration form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion.

Limit: Each entrant is limited to receiving one (1) entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of Keyword entered. If more than one (1) entry per day is received from the same person, telephone number, or e-mail address, only the first entry received may be considered valid. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “day” is the twenty-four (24) hour period between 12:00 AM PT and 11:59:59 PM PT, except on February 1, 2022 on which a “day” will be the period between 10:00 AM PT and 11:59:59 PM PT.

IMPORTANT FOR ENTRANTS USING A MOBILE DEVICE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION: Message and data rates may apply. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Promotion and/or obtain a Website link. Entrants should consult their wireless providers’ pricing plans.

RANDOM DRAWINGS: On or about each of the Random Drawing Dates set forth in Section 1 and below, the Administrator will randomly select the following number of potential winners from all eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes period (each, a “Random Drawing”). See Section 5 for complete prize details. Each winner is considered a potential winner pending verification of his/her eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules.

1. February Sweepstakes Random Drawing: On or about March 1, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select twenty-eight (28) potential winners from all eligible entries received during the February Sweepstakes (“February Random Drawing”).

1. March Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about April 1, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select the following number of potential winners from all eligible entries received for the applicable Keyword during the March Sweepstakes (collectively, the “March Random Drawing”):
  1. CLIPPERS: Fifty-nine (59) potential CLIPPERS prize winners.
  2. KINGS: Sixty-one (61) potential KINGS grand prize winners and one hundred twenty-five (125) potential KINGS first prize winners.

1. April Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about May 2, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select the following number of potential winners from all eligible entries received for the applicable Keyword during the April Sweepstakes (collectively, the “April Random Drawing”):
  1. BASEBALL: Seven (7) potential BASEBALL grand prize winners, eight (8) potential BASEBALL first prize winners, one hundred fifty (150) potential BASEBALL second prize winners, and thirty (30) potential third prize winners.
  2. GIANTS: Twenty (20) potential GIANTS grand prize winners, five (5) potential GIANTS first prize winners, twenty-five (25) potential GIANTS second prize winners, one hundred (100) potential GIANTS second prize winners, and one hundred twenty (120) potential GIANTS third prize winners.

1. May Sweepstakes Drawings: On or about May 16, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential “BottleRock Prize” (as further described in Section 5D) winner from all eligible entries received between 12:00 AM PT on May 1, 2022 and 11:59:59 PM PT on May 13, 2022 (“May Random Drawing 1”). On or about June 1, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select thirty (30) potential “May Jacket Prize” (as further described in Section 5D) winners from all eligible entries received during the entire May Sweepstakes (“May Random Drawing 2”).

1. June Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about July 1, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select (30) potential SURFING grand prize winners from all eligible entries received during the June Sweepstakes (“June Random Drawing”).

1. July Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about August 1, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select (30) potential SURFING grand prize winners, from all eligible entries received during the July Sweepstakes (“July Random Drawing”).

1. August Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about September 1, 2022, the Administrator will randomly select (1) potential SURFING grand prize winner, (32) potential SURFING first prize winners, from all eligible entries received during the August Sweepstakes (“August Random Drawing”).

December Sweepstakes Drawing: On or about January 3, 2023, the Administrator will randomly select (4) potential December WINTER prize winners, fifteen (15) potential December TEAM prize winners, and fifteen (15) potential December SCORE prize winners from all eligible entries received during the December Sweepstakes (“December Random Drawing”).

PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

1. February Prizes (28): Each prize available in the February Sweepstakes is a 60” Coors Light-branded snowboard (“February Prize”). Twenty-eight (28) February Prizes will be available in the February Sweepstakes. The ARV of each February Prize is $352.00.

1. March Prizes:
  1. CLIPPERS Prizes (59 total, only for Keyword CLIPPERS): Each prize available in the March Sweepstakes for the Keyword CLIPPERS is a Los Angeles Clippers-branded basketball arcade game (“CLIPPERS Prize”). Fifty-nine (59) CLIPPERS Prizes will be available in the March Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword CLIPPERS. The ARV of each CLIPPERS Prize is $200.
  2. KINGS Grand Prizes (61 total, only for Keyword KINGS): Each grand prize available in the March Sweepstakes for the Keyword KINGS is a Sacramento Kings-branded basketball arcade game (“KINGS Grand Prize”). Sixty-one (61) KINGS Grand Prizes will be available in the March Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword KINGS. The ARV of each KINGS Grand Prize is $200.
  3. KINGS First Prizes (125 total, only for Keyword KINGS): Each first prize available in the March Sweepstakes for the Keyword KINGS is a pair of Sacramento Kings-branded rally towels (“KINGS First Prize”). One hundred twenty-five (125) KINGS First Prizes will be available in the March Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword KINGS. The ARV of each KINGS First Prize is $1.68.

BASEBALL Grand Prizes (7 total, only for Keyword BASEBALL): Each grand prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword BASEBALL is a Los Angeles Angels & Coors Light-branded LED sign (“BASEBALL Grand Prize”). Seven (7) BASEBALL Grand Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword BASEBALL. The ARV of each BASEBALL Grand Prize is $205.
  2. BASEBALL First Prizes (8 total, only for Keyword BASEBALL): Each first prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword BASEBALL is a Los Angeles Angels & Coors Light-branded dugout mug (“BASEBALL First Prize”). Eight (8) BASEBALL First Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword BASEBALL. The ARV of each BASEBALL First Prize is $20.
  3. BASEBALL Second Prize (150 total, only for Keyword BASEBALL): Each second prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword BASEBALL is a set of four (4) Los Angeles Angels & Coors Light-branded aluminum cups (“BASEBALL Second Prize”). One hundred and fifty (150) BASEBALL Second Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword BASEBALL. The ARV of each BASEBALL Second Prize is $9.62.
  4. BASEBALL Third Prize (30 total, only for Keyword BASEBALL): Each third prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword BASEBALL is a Los Angeles Angels & Coors Light-branded hat (“BASEBALL Third Prize”). Thirty (30) BASEBALL Third Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword BASEBALL. The ARV of each BASEBALL Third Prize is $8.
  5. GIANTS Grand Prizes (20 total, only for Keyword GIANTS): Each grand prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword GIANTS is a San Francisco Giants & Coors Light-branded cornhole game (“GIANTS Grand Prize”). Twenty (20) GIANTS Grand Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword GIANTS. The ARV of each GIANTS Grand Prize is $220.
  6. GIANTS First Prizes (5 total, only for Keyword GIANTS): Each first prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword GIANTS is a San Francisco Giants & Coors Light-branded LED sign (“GIANTS First Prize”). Five (5) GIANTS First Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword GIANTS. The ARV of each GIANTS First Prize is $205.
  7. GIANTS Second Prizes (25 total, only for Keyword GIANTS): Each second prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword GIANTS is a San Francisco Giants & Coors Light-branded dugout mug (“GIANTS Second Prize”). Twenty-five (25) GIANTS Second Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword GIANTS. The ARV of each GIANTS Second Prize is $20.
  8. GIANTS Third Prizes (100 total, only for Keyword GIANTS): Each third prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword GIANTS is a San Francisco Giants & Coors Light-branded t-shirt (“GIANTS Third Prize”). One hundred (100) GIANTS Third Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword GIANTS. The ARV of each GIANTS Third Prize is $14.
  9. GIANTS Fourth Prizes (120 total, only for Keyword GIANTS): Each fourth prize available in the April Sweepstakes for the Keyword GIANTS is a San Francisco Giants & Coors Light-branded hat (“GIANTS Fourth Prize”). One hundred twenty (120) GIANTS Fourth Prizes will be available in the April Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword GIANTS. The ARV of each GIANTS Fourth Prize is $7.66.

  1. BottleRock Prize (1): The “BottleRock Prize” available in the May Sweepstakes is two (2) single-day VIP wristbands – for the BottleRock Prize for winner and one (1) guest who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age – to attend BottleRock Napa Valley 2022 (“Festival”) on Sunday May 29, 2022; and $500 made payable to the May Sweepstakes Winner (“May Prize”). Only one (1) BottleRock Prize will be available in the May Sweepstakes. The ARV of the BottleRock Prize is $900.

Winner’s guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older and must abide by all venue and Festival policies: https://www.bottlerocknapavalley.com/info/.

Festival tickets delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of Festival under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call Except as otherwise set forth herein, travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any and all other costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules are not included in the BottleRock Prize. Winner is responsible for all gratuities, transportation, lodging, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. Sponsor bears no responsibility if any event, element, or detail of the BottleRock Prize is canceled, postponed, or becomes unavailable for any reason, including, but not limited to, federal, state and/or local laws, rules and restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The winner and guest agree that they will participate in all COVID-19 protocols established by the Sponsor and Live Nation which may include, but is not limited to, social distancing measures, wearing of masks, and/or consenting to COVID-19 screening. The Sponsor Live Nation will have no liability and will not be required to award the BottleRock Prize if the winner or guest tests positive for COVID-19, is unwilling or unable to participate in the established protocols. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor or Live Nation for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of BottleRock Napa Valley 2022, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. Winner agrees that event admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor, Live Nation and/or Festival/venue personnel reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions, who Live Nation and/or Festival/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, who may bring Sweepstakes Entities, Festival/venue personnel or Live Nation into disrepute, or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at BottleRock Napa Valley 2022. By claiming Festival tickets, you agree to Front Gate Tickets’ Terms of Use, and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include, without limitation, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test administered by an approved facility. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

1. 1. May Jacket Prizes (30): Each “May Jacket Prize” is a men’s denim jacket. Size and style selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Thirty (30) May Jacket Prizes will be available in the May Sweepstakes. The ARV of each May Prize is $100.

1. June Prizes: Each “June Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Hat & T-shirt. Size and style selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Thirty (30) June Prizes will be available in the June Sweepstakes. The ARV of each June Prize is $129.

1. July Prizes: Each “July Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Hat & T-shirt. Size and style selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Thirty (30) July Prizes will be available in the July Sweepstakes. The ARV of each July Prize is $129.

  1. August Grand Prize: Each “August Grand Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Hat, T-shirt and surfboard. One August Grand Prize will be available in the August Sweepstakes. The ARV of the August Grand Prize is $1,626.
  2. August First Prizes: Each “August First Prize” is a Sponsor-specified Hat & T-shirt. Thirty-two (32) August First Prizes will be available in the August Sweepstakes. The ARV of each August First Prize is $129.

September KICKOFF Prizes (1 total, only for Keyword KICKOFF, 1 selected in September KICKOFF Random Drawing: The September KICKOFF prize available in the September Sweepstakes for the Keyword KICKOFF is two (2) tickets to a sponsor-specified football game for the winner and one (1) guest who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the dates specified in the chart below (“September KICKOFF Prize”) September KICKOFF Prize also includes two (2) Fanny packs and two (2) Beverage wraps. One (1) September KICKOFF Prizes will be available in the September Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword KICKOFF. The ARV of the September KICKOFF Prize is $226.
  2. September GRILLING Prizes (1 total, only for Keyword GRILLING selected in September GRILLING Random Drawing: The GRILLING prize available in the September Sweepstakes for the Keyword GRILLING is two (2) tickets to a sponsor-specified football game for the winner and one (1) guest who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the date specified in the chart below (“September GRILLING Prize”) September GRILLING Prize also includes two (2) Fanny packs and two (2) Beverage wraps. One (1) September GRILLING Prize will be available in the September Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword GRILLING. The ARV of each September GRILLING Prize is $226.
  3. September SILVER Prizes (2 total, only for Keyword SILVER, 1 selected in September SILVER Random Drawing 1 and 1 selected in September SILVER Random Drawing 2): Each September SILVER prize available in the September Sweepstakes for the Keyword SILVER is two (2) Silver Seat tickets to a sponsor-specified football game for the winner and one (1) guest who is at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the dates specified in the chart below (“ September SILVER Prize”) September SILVER Prize also includes two (2) night hotel stay (standard room, double occupancy), and $500 made payable to the winner. Two (2) September SILVER Prizes will be available in the September Sweepstakes, awarded only for the Keyword SILVER. The ARV of each September SILVER Prize is $1,500. The total ARV for the September SILVER Prizes is $3,000.

Each guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Except as otherwise set forth herein, travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, and any and all other costs or expenses not expressly included in these Official Rules are not included in the Prize. Winner is responsible for all gratuities, transportation, lodging, and any other incidental costs or expenses not identified in these Official Rules. In no event will more Prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
