1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The MGD 64 Gift Card Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at or about 12:00:01 AM (MT) on 10/01/10 and ends 11:59:59 PM (MT) on 11/01/10 (the “Promotion Period”). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of MillerCoors LLC (the "Sponsor"), Golden, CO, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

i) VIA TEXT MESSAGING: During the Promotion Period, using a two-way text message-capable wireless device, text the keyword communicated on advertising materials at participating retailers’ locations and your date of birth (keyword mmddyyyy) to short-code “49375”. Only text messages with an eligible date of birth will be automatically be credited with one entry in the Sweepstakes. Text message entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM (MT) on 11/01/10. Limit one text message entry per wireless account per day. IF MORE THAN ONE TEXT MESSAGE ENTRY IS RECEIVED FROM ONE WIRELESS ACCOUNT PER DAY, ONLY THE FIRST ENTRY SUBMITTED WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID. Sponsor cannot guarantee this program will be available via all carriers. The text messaging portion of the promotion will be available on participating wireless carriers only and requires a two-way text message-capable wireless device. Wireless device carrier’s instructions for text messaging may vary. Standard text messaging and data plan rates apply to each message sent or received. You will not receive any future text messages, except for notification if you are selected as a potential winner. Please note that proof of text submission does not constitute proof of delivery. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with its online privacy policy, which can be found at www.promorules.com/mgd2238
ii) VIA MAIL-IN: On a plain piece of 3” x 5” paper, sign your name and also hand print your complete name, address, birth date, email address (optional), and daytime telephone number. Mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Coors Light Super Bowl XLV Sweepstakes – MLR2238, PO Box 4858TT, Wheaton, IL 60189-4858. You may enter as often as you wish, but limit one entry per envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries must be postmarked by 11/01/10 and received by 5:00 PM (MT) on 11/08/10. Not responsible for lost, late, postage due, mutilated, illegible or incomplete entries. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Random drawings by keyword will be conducted on or about 11/10/10 from among all eligible entries received by Ramp Promotional Fulfillment Company, an independent judging agency whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes are final. Winner will be notified by phone or mail within five (5) days following the drawing date.
4. PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize: prize includes one (1) $350 Gift Card. Gift card is subject to terms and conditions established by the issuer and are not redeemable for cash. Sponsor is not responsible for any expense incurred with the winner’s purchase that exceeds $350.00, the value of the gift card. ARV $350.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prize consists only of the items listed as part of the prize.
5. GENERAL RULES: This sweepstakes is open only to residents of AZ who are of legal drinking age at time of entry. Employees of MillerCoors LLC, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, alcohol beverage retailers, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. The potential prize winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance form within five (5) days of attempted notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. By accepting prize, winner agrees to hold MillerCoors LLC, its parent companies, alcoholic beverage distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their respective affiliates, officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns, Collaborative Marketing Group, Inc., Ramp Promotional Fulfillment Company, HipCricket, their distributors and alcohol beverage retailers, harmless against any and all claims arising out of use or misuse of prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected mail/SMS text messages or for any technical problems, faulty, incorrect or mistranscribed data/mobile phone/SMS-enabled wireless device transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s SMS-enabled wireless device or computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with this Sweepstakes. Sponsor not responsible for malfunctions or breakdown of any network systems, unavailable service connections, lost, incomplete, faulty network connectivity of any kind, failures of any service providers, or any combination thereof, which may limit a person’s ability to participate in this Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute regarding any text message entry, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the SMS-enabled wireless device phone number submitted at the time of entry (i.e., the natural person who is assigned to a SMS-enabled wireless device phone number by an Internet access provider, online service provider, wireless phone carrier network or other organization responsible for assigning phone numbers for the SMS-enabled wireless device). Potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the wireless phone number associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these official rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for undeliverable text messages resulting from filtration of a user’s internet service provider or wireless phone carrier network. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Sweepstakes or disqualify entrant if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the security, fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with this promotion, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond Sponsor’s control, including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state or local government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion without further obligation. If Sponsor, in its discretion, elects to abbreviate the promotion as a result of a Force Majeure event, Sponsor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to award the prize from among all valid and eligible entries received up to the time of such Force Majeure event, in a random drawing. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in Rule #4.
